Who I help:
I help adolescents, couples and adults create healthy relationships to foster their individual mental health. I offer a compassionate, connected experience that creates a safe place to work through difficult situations and feelings.
From a place of non-judgment and curiosity, we will work together to co-create a narrative that helps guide you through the challenges you are facing. I have an appreciation for the complex ways identity, privilege, and cultural systems impact the way that we move through the world and the expectations we place on ourselves and others.
What my clients say about working with me:
My clients describe me as patient, thoughtful, and compassionate. When working together, some have described gaining a greater capacity to be gentle with themselves and explore challenging feelings without judgment.
Off the clock:
I enjoy soccer, cooking, and reading anything I can get my hands on. I have 3 kids so any other time that I have is spent with them.
